Does anyone know the e-mail address/web page for contacting London visa office?

Our application was sent to London for Stage 2 processing.

In our sponsor approval letter it gives a web address: http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/united_kingdomroyaume_uni/visas/contact_visa_contactez.aspx

However that address is incorrect, it gives me a 404.

I wanted to e-mail London to ask a question based on my previous question here

I emailed them with the inquiry on line page. They sent me back an email of confirmation straight away , then about 5 days later they had updated our address on line. We did ask about our medicals but no response.They are due to expire at the end of Dec .

I used the updated page link and it listed an e-mail address, ldn.consular@international.gc.ca

I sent an e-mail to that address, and got an auto response which said

This is an automatic response. Thank you for your email to the Canadian High Commission Consular Section. We will respond to your enquiry soon.

Please note we do not respond to or forward any enquiries concerning immigration, visas, permanent residence and family sponsorship. Please refer to www.unitedkingdom.gc.ca

So it sounds like it is not the correct e-mail address?

I just submitted that form, it says I should receive a reply within 28 days.

It does say 28 days but I always got reply within one week from my VO.
