if you hadyour passport stamped in CIC New York please tell me how many days it will take??? Please Help..

Did you send your passport by mail/courier or hand delivered? I am just wondering if US Visa office other than Buffalo serve in person immigrant visa stamp? Mine was handled by LA office. Any idea?

CIC New York only accepet Passport via mail. Someone told me CIC New York office only dispatch Passport on Thursday,Is that true??
 
yes, new york only accepts passport by mails (usps express I used). Not sure about Thursday thing.
