Buffalo office has recently been closed and files have been shifted to other offices in other U.S officer.
file processing must have begun by now.

Officials quote: "We have been told that all applications and interviews will now be processed within Canada at a local CIC office"

Ottawa will take 4-6 weeks just to get organized & get files transferred as its the CPP so after that it will start processing hoping will be faster then buffalo

Ur right but to start processing the buffalo files might take time so u r looking at least another 2 weeks
but it is said it will be faster then buffalo for sure

i have done most of the work on my file nothing has left now from my side
i dont how long i have to me to get ppr
its already morethan 8 months now

I sent them requested documents
I ordered caips its showing bfd is on 1 aug 2012
