If the primary SP is already in Canada, can the SOWP holder fly to Canada without a travel exemption letter? It has been more than 14 days since we requested a letter through the webform link and we have not received feedback. the SOWP will be travelling with a dependent SP(son). The dependent SP has a travel authorization letter.
