Does a high school diploma from US needs an ECA?

I graduated high school from a US school, do I need to get an ECA for it? Or does Canada accept and recognizes US schools diplomas?

Any degree obtained outside Canada for which you want to claim points, needs to have an ECA.
If you have for example a Bachelor and want just that to get your points, then no ECA is needed, provided WES (or other) doesn't need your high school diploma.
