Does a 3 month Canadian diploma count towards CRS points?

I have a 3 month web development diploma that I achieved in Canada. My only other education is high school. Would this give me any points for CEC? The only category it seems to fall under is "One-year program at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute" but it's obviously less than 1 year so maybe there's no point in adding it.

That's what I figured. There isn't even an option for anything less than a year. Where would one put an 8 month program? The minimum seems to be "One-year program at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute." My program was full time (80+ hours per week) but I guess that doesn't matter much.

An eight month program would help someone who also had other post secondary education (e.g. bachelor) and can get points for the two or more diplomas / degrees.
