I am working in an MNC for the past 5 years in India. As per the COVID 19 IRCC guidelines, I am planning to do my course in online from India till April 2021.
During my stay in India, can I do both of my full-time job and full-time study at the same time? Does the "20 hours work per week" will apply for the international students who are doing an online course in India for the first 6 months due to COVID 19 travel restrictions?
Later when applied for the PR/PGWP, does the visa officer will raise concern for doing the full-time course and full-time job at a time? Because while applying for PR we will upload all the previous work experince letters which will show the overlap time of my job and the course. Also, I don't want to hide the current employer's entire work experience due to overlapping with the course for just 6 months because I am working in this organization for the past 5 years.
I didn't found this question in any forums. Can someone please help me with this info.
Also please share the links if there is any official new already rolled out in this regard.

I am not working currently. I am just asking if working the 20 hr/week policy applies to internet jobs such as web development etc.. and if profit from such jobs would be taxable.

If you do an online/remote job in Canada and have Canadian offices/clients and customers, you can work 20 hours per week. If you are paid by a Canadian employer, then 20 hours. If you have a foreign employer that has no ties to Canada, then you can work more than as you would be paid outside Canada.
