Will 1 year program from IGNOU, (distance learning) shall count as "Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees." ?

1 year program from IGNOU gets a canadian equivalency of "Post Graduate Diploma" from WES.
So along with a Bachelor's degree, this program will qualify you for "2 or more degree or certificates"

Hey, are there some specific courses in the PGD which one should pursue? As some people on the forum have mentioned the course should have two semesters etc.? Have you gotten a positive evaluation? Would be great if you could help out. Thanks!
