I am sending in an application to extend the stay of my children. Their birth certificates are in Spanish and I have them translated to English. Can I send in a photocopy of the translation agencies documents? I would like to keep the originals for when I apply for sponsorship. Also, do I have to send a copy of my marriage certificate? Thank you!
If the translators documents must be the originals, can I get a notary public to notarize copies of her original affidavit and translations. I am going to have to send the same forms in for permanent resident status and citizenship and am hoping I do not have the costs associated with translation every time. Thoughts??
