I am having just little confusion about forms.
Do we have to fill application forms once again which we have to send to visa office or we hve to send the photocopies of forms which we sent to CIO.
As per the instruction guide by cic, you are ok to send the photocopy of the earlier forms you sent to cic, but now do not forget to sign whereever necessary

Sign the photocopies in Original and send them to CHC. If there are any changes to application , you may fill new application form and explain the changes

If there is any updation or change in your profile, job, New born BAby etc... or change in your education qualification.. u have to submitt the application afresh.
there may be possibility that you have to update your English Level Competencies based upon your IELTS....
