Hi my daughter has done her Graduation through the MUMBAI university- FY, SY And TY for which I had sent her mark sheets only post evaluation by the University in a sealed and stamped envelope by university to WES, since Mumbai university does not send the couriers directly, I had to send the Courier through DHL which a courier shop outside the university had this done for me.I received a revert from WES, "WES recevied your documents but they were not sent directly from the Academic institution as required from WES "
Kindly guide do I now get the transcripts of all her 3 years from the university and then send it to WES?
Her Diploma course for Teacher's done from SIES college,do I send these transcripts in a separate envelope to WES ?Please guide
