Im post the ITA stage and now have to upload documents. I have declared a sibling in canada.
My question is there are a few categories of documents to be uploaded. I was a bit confused about the same.
Im going to make a guess about the documents required. Please let me know if im correct or if some other document is required.
Proof of PR/Citizenship of sibling (required)
My brothers canadian passport
Proof of residency in Canada of sibling (required)
My brothers bank statement with his address
Proof of sibling relationship (required)
Birth cert of me and my brother in canada stating our parents name
Family Member Proof of Status (required)
Im not sure why this is coming up?? I only have one brother in canada. I will be providing his passport here. Again why has this come up?? The rest of my family is in India

The 'Family Member Proof of Status' field is a separate field that was there before the '15-points for sibling' rule came into play. It was meant for applicants to upload documentation of the family member (not necessarily a sibling) in Canada they had claimed to get 5 additional points towards their FSW eligibility score (not the CRS Score). Since a sibling is a family member, answering 'Yes' to the sibling question, means you'll also answer 'Yes' to the FSW-eligibility family member question, so you end up seeing both fields. Just upload your brother's documents again in that field. (That's what I did for my sister, and I got PPR).
Yes, your documents are correct. Although, if it were me, I would provide one other proof of physical residency (maybe a utility bill in your brother's name and with his address on it, or a rental agreement) to corroborate the other physical residency document of proof.
