I have received a job offer and LMIA in Canada and am planning to apply for a work permit at POE.
I understand that I will need to provide proof of my professional skills.
I am hoping to confirm which form I need to fill out for my work permit application at POE, specifically whether the IMM 1295 form is required.
I have checked the official website, but it does not specify the required forms. I would appreciate it if someone who has experience applying for a work permit at POE could share their knowledge and let me know which form, if any, is required for my application.

The commenter handed over a pile of documents with IMM1295 but not sure if it is necessary.
My question originated from #9 of IMM1295 which asks the "country or territory where applying".
As I want to apply for the work permit at POE, it should be Canada, but #9 also asks for status (which can be marked as others) and the duration of the status in the specified country. The commenter just wrote down the country of residence.
I am sure that preparing IMM1295 for POE will do no harm, but I'm still genuinely curious whether IMM1295 is mandatory.
