Documents needed to apply for Express Entry

Hello,

I intend on creating my express entry profile this weekend, could someone tell me all the documents I would need at hand to create a profile.
Does one need reference letters (from past employers) to create a express entry profile or do we only need to add our skills and qualifications and submit proof at a later time?

Even I would like to know what documents do I require before submitting online profile. I know I require the following:

1) IELTS test results
2) ECA transcript evaluation

Anything else I require at this stage. Do I require bank statements or job verification letter?
