Documents for spouse visa

Please help me :

If I need to submit all the documents for my spouse to include in my profile before I get my PR.

I am getting married through a court marriage and will not be going through all the wedding arrangements. Are the pics of the marriage really important or can I submit my court marriage pics as a documents .

Please help me with this as I am very confused becuase me and my Spouse are saving money for our settlement in canada . And if the wedding pics are very important to show weather our marriage is not fake then only I will make the arrangements for that. Otherwise we are saving the money for the canada PR.

If you have a marriage certificate, then there is no need for any photos. The photos are for common-law relationships without any other proofs.
