I'm an Australian Citizen living IN CANADA on a work permit and am applying for Permanent Residency with my Common-Law partner as my sponsor. In everything that I have read I have been referred to two DIFFERENT documents checklists while preparing my application.

IMM 5491 and IMM 5443. Does anyone know which of these is the correct list to follow/to submit with my application?? The question has been asked before on this forum I am yet to find an answer. Any CURRENT and up to date info would be helpful. Please don't link me to a 2013 YouTube video which I have already seen.
