Documentation issue after ITA

I am main applicant and have done 10th, 11th, 12th & Bachelors in Engineering. WES done. ITA received.
Spouse have done 10th from Pakistan and Diploma + Bachelors from USA.
Spouse educational points have claimed for EE CRS. WES done. Spouse have done Diploma and Bachelors from same university after 10th.
Will CIC have issue regarding doing diploma and bachelors after 10th?

If WES had no issues with your spouse's degree, why would IRCC do?

No issues. They accept the ECA from WES, and they don't mind this.

People would normally get their highest degree assessed !M.Sc for example
