Hi, for the document upload section, do i only upload documents for which points have been claimed? (Eg- only the ones ECA was obtained for education and only the employment records for which points were claimed) would the discrepancy between the personal history section and the documents be a issue?

Yes, you only need to upload proof of employment and education for the work/studies you claimed points for. Any other work experience/education can go in your personal history. It's absolutely fine to do this.
