Guys I dont have birth certificate as I dont have official record.
I am adding an affidavit from my mother which states that no official record of my birth is there and refer to SSC certificate that which has both my father and mother name. I am adding a cover letter for this also.
My questions are : -
1) It it enough?
2) Do I need to tick birth certificate box in document check list?
Some other questions like.
1) DO I need to add copy of any other documents like Ration card, residency certificate, voter card?
2) School Leaving certificate?
