I'm confused about the WES attestation process. I read that the document attestation is done at Churchgate but it seems that it is only for students looking for higher studies in Canada; as you're required to mention name of the university on the document envelope?

You just need to get transcript from your University in a sealed envelop. Send this transcript and photocopies of your marksheets and degree certificate to WES for evaluation.
