Can someone let me know when will i recieve Med request,if i have sent all my docs to New Delhi Visa Office in July 2010?

My in process date is Jan 2012

It is according to initial application date .
May i know the date of application filed ?

I filed my application to Nova Scotia on 21'st April 2010.
