Do you still put "0" in available funds in order to be considered CEC under EE?

My friend is creating his EE profile, i remember last year when I did it, I put "0" in available funds so that I can be considered for CEC, not FSW. Is it still the same case? Or what should he put in the available funds?

Yes he can put $0.

Just fyi though even if he's eligible for both streams he will receive an invitation under the CEC program.

Is this info confirmed? I am eligible for both streams, and I am planning to put POF, so they can also consider me for the FSW (to double up my chances I guess).

You will receive an ITA under CEC then.
