As far as I have observed in Gckey that you need USA passport / greencard during initial questions. If you have then yes if not then NO and next. In your case you don't have that thing so you know what I mean.
IRCC portal ( especially for those who visited Canada Or holding USA visa )
In that portal you need to write your visa number and issue date expire date etc. Again same things you don't have stamped visa in your passport so you won't be able to upload copy of your visa.
IRCC portal mostly used by candidates who are having USA visa so their file fall under CAN+ category with less documents.
My brother selected , he did not have non immingrant us visa .
but he put a LOE that why he selected that , because of technical glitch there was no option .
He also explained that he has H1 b , and put his H1b as a proof .
