Do we still need a quarantine plan if doing a soft landing?

Hi guys I am planning to do a soft landing on Nov 30th which is the date Covaxin and some other vaccines will also be accepted and I will qualify as fully vaccinated without needing 14 day quarantine. However I am not sure if I still need a quarantine plan because I will take a U turn and come back on a flight the same day after the PR formalities are done. Anybody got any experience or advice on this. Thanx in advance.

Prepare one just in case they need.
