Do we send sponsor application and PR application together?

My wife is a Canadian citizen resident in the UK, I'm a Brit. We plan to retire to Canada later this year and meet all the necessary criteria. We are now wading through the various forms required for her to become a sponsor and me to be come a sponsored PR. Can anyone tell me if we send in the sponsorship application and the PR application together, or just the sponsorship application? And if we do send them together, do I also have to submit my medical and police certifications at the same time? Thanks for any advice

Yes, send everything together. Submit your medical and police certificate up front, if possible. This will avoid delays.

Like the above said, send everything and I would also pay your fees upfront as well! Make sure you are using all updated forms as well. Sometimes the government updates a form without a person noticing and they can send the application back if it's not the most recent one. Good luck!
