Do we get email when CIO returns application (without AOR)?

Just curious to know -

Do we get an email when CIO returns application if they find incomplete/incorrect application? Or just a big envelop by snail mail.

It is little relevant for my case since I keep moving in US I gave mailing address as Indian. Not sure if the big package will ever reach to my address in India as it is a small town. I am about to reach 45 days for sending application to CIO and getting psychologically prepared for crossing the first stage.

i don't think you will get a notification by email,i think you'll just get the whole pkg with a note explaining why they're sending it back.
