That information is wrong. I would raise hell with VFS and IRCC, but AFTER I got the second visa.

For context that information is correct for other types of visas, but not permanent resident files. Utterly absurd they can't get this right.

VFS Global accepted my wife's daughter's passport! They didn't question its being almost two months late!
