I am applying to University of Windsor for MS (Applied Computing) which is a 1.4 year program and also 1 year diploma program at University of Winnipeg (Project Management diploma). My background is B.S., Computer Science from USA. I want to ask, do people get study permits approval for 1 year or programs less than 2 years ? I am worried since my programs are not 2 year full masters degree that I may have less chances of getting a study permit approved. More over I graduated with bachelors back in 2007 and have only 3 years of experience after that. So I have lot of gap. Kindly let me know your thoughts..
