I am a primary applicant and based on my qualification and IELTS i get 440 points which i feel is sufficient for me to get an invite sometime later this year... My wife will be coming along with me.. i do not want to get ECA and IELTS done for her since i do not want any additional points..
while i am filling the express entry form, its asking for spouse education and work experience.. How do i avoid adding this info as i do not want to claim any further spouse points.

I'm sure you have already given this a lot of thought and arrived at a decision that works best for you, but I'd suggest that you reconsider your decision about not claiming points for your wife's education and/or work experience, especially if she's accompanying you. Additional points never hurt, do they?
Anyway, if you'd rather not take my advice and do what you've already decided, you can select NO in the sections that ask:
1. Has this person completed secondary education (or some such words, I've forgotten what it says exactly)?

No Doubt additional points do not hurt. but i dont want to go through the hassle for waiting for another few months to get ECA from WES and IELTS score.. thats the only reason why i dont want to add any details for my spouse.. I'm hoping i will be lucky enough that the next few draws will be below 440 points..
