Do NOT go for WES

WES has a terrible reputation of underevaluating degrees of certain countries, esp indian masters degress. There are several instances where ICES or IQAS have evaluated a masters as canadian equivalent masters whereas WES evaluates as some 1 yr PG degree costing valuable points.
So if you value your degree and crs points go with anything other than WES.
My wife's university was not even recognized by WES but ICES evaluated it as masters. It would have cost me points and PR to go with wes.

They evaluate mine as masters too. So, I think it depends on colleges and courses.

WES evaluates all three year masters courses as Masters. Only non IIT/IIM MBAs are evaluated as Postgraduate Diploma.

Suggest you guys go for IQAS or ICES unless you are an IIT or IIM grad. You will get burned by WES otherwise.

My college name does appear in the dropdown list in WES , will it still create a problem . How can I confirm if ICES will surely recognise my degree..thanks
