I am a citizen of a county that is under visa waiver program. I would like to come to canada to expand a business ,but I would like to have a manager that would run my company or I would use sub-contractors. I wouldn't participate in day to day operations ,but I would help with operation of the business ( mostly meeting with business partners ,working on contracts ,promoting a business.)
I was wondering if I could do that without any visas?
How long could I stay without returning back to my home country? ( I would like to spend 9 month in a year in canada for about 3-5 years)
Is there any disadvantage if compared with standard business immigration under PNP?
