I am based in Vancouver on LMIA work permit since 2016 Nov. Have been working since 2008 in UK and have proven experience as based on that I got LMIA work permit for Canada.
My Skill level NOC is 5241 Graphic designers and illustrators which is I think NOC B ( I checked on the CIC website)
My highest Qualification is Masters from UK.
I have 6 months of Candian Experience only.
my CELPIP score is L8 R7 W6 S7 before then I request for re evaluation and got my Score raised today L8 R7 W7 S7 so my New score is improved in Writing from 6 to 7. so its 8777 now
I need to confirm two things now this information by asking members around.
1) Based on this new Score do I Qualify for FSW as minimum band is 7 for that.
2) Can I apply under FSW if while inside Canada ?
please confirm me. I will be very thankful
