I am going to make my express entry profile in a few days and I was wondering if I need a WES evaluation for my Bachelors in Engineering Degree given that my Master's degree was from a Canadian university. Would I be able to claim the Skill transferability points that require two degrees without a WES evaluation?

You don't need to get your Bachelors assessed. You'll have a chance to secure the highest points on Skills Transferability based entirely on your Masters (not for 2 degrees), language skills and work experience.
