Hi all, I'm currently in the process of finishing up the requirements I need for my study permit. In the instructions I downloaded from the Canadian Immigration website for my country (Philippines), it says I need to include a study plan. I've been doing some research and came across a thread on this site saying you only need a study plan if it is your second time applying for a study permit. Do I need one?
