I am from India and applied for my citizenship in June 2021 and got my AOR in Sept 2021

I got married in October, 2021 in India.

Do I need to inform the IRCC about the CHANGE IN MY MARITAL STATUS and HOW ?

1. No, not necessary.

I checked the citizenship application forms that I filled.

Question 6 in that form does ask for marital status ,which makes me believe that marital status could have a bearing on the application.

So if I want to update IRCC about this development then how should I do it and what supporting docs (like marriage certificates) to attach ?

No, you don't have to update IRCC about your change in marital status. IRCC only requires updates in contact information.
