Do I need to submit Police clearance certificate again?

hi I recently applied for canada study permit but I got refused for some reasons so I am reapplying again, but I do not have the police clearance certificate with me as I submitted the original document with the application. I got rejected last week so this week I am again applying explaining the refusal causes. So Do I need to again submit police verification because I already submit the original one now i dont have the original one and I cant apply for a new one as it is recently done.
