good day every one! can somebody help me? :) i am confuse about what to do in some forms that are not applicable for me in my application like the form statutory declaration of common law union, should i wright N/A to all the questions or do i need to write N/A but i need to put my name in name of declarant and my spouse name in name of declarants partner and both of us will sign? and there's a boxes there asking the place where it is being signed do i need to put my place in there? thanks a lot guys :)

if the forms are not relevant to your application, you don't sign them. you can do a couple of things: you can either mark the checklist with an N/A for those forms or you can add the forms in your package and write N/A on them along with writing N/a on the checklist.
