I received a passport request. In the email they didn't mention anything about photos. I heard lot of people sent photos also. Do i need to send photos or not along with my passports?
No, if they havent asked your for the photos, then dont. Im sure you have sent your photos with the file. If they havent requested it, its just the waste.
