I applied to the PR after the CSQ.

I paid recently the permanent residency fees. Now I am waiting.

I was wondering if I have to send my passport to Ottawa if I am a French citizen???

No, you will not be required to send your passport. The COPR will be sent in the mail.

Usually they send the COPR straight into your Mailbox

They ask for just the bio data page.
