Do I need to send anything after medical?

Hi guys.

I understand that after medical exam is done, the DMP will send the medical results to Ottawa. But I wonder if we, as applicants also need to send any files? Such as receipt from DMP and any other proof about the medical exams. If yes, which address should we send these files? Should it be the CIC or the Canadian Consulate General?

Do we also need to send the receipt of THE RIGHT OF PERMANEN RESIDENCE FEES along with the medical proof?

I just got it yesterday
