I would like to know if I still need to apply for PRC. My PRC expiry date is June 2013 and I'm planning to apply for citizenship this February. I have read in this post they need to see a "valid" PRC during the citizenship test. I'm confused now. By the time I get to the citizenship test my PRC will be expired. Other details, I'm not planning to travel outside Canada while on the process of citizenship application. Any answers and advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
