Do I need to get WES done for my spouse education

I'm applying for canadian immigration under Express entry. I did WES for my education

I was wondering do I need to get WES done for my wife education being shown on the file?

Please let me know

yes . you cannot claim points without WES ECA report for her.

Also to get WES done on my Masters degree I would also have to send the Bachelors degree transcripts along with the master's right?
