I am planning to visit Canada for the purpose of tourist. I have booked confirm hotel reservation in Canada. Do I need to fill up the representative form IMM 5476? Can i apply for TRV without Representative or Lawyer? please guide
 
If you are completing the form yourself then you just need to sign the appropriate box stating that you have completed the form yourself and not used any other person to complete the form.
