I am an international student in Canada studying post grad diploma in college. I wish to change my program to Masters in university. I am not thinking to complete my current post grad diploma. I am hoping to change before 2nd year of my studies since I have already given fees of first year.
My question is do I need to apply for new study permit ? I have given GIC $10,000 earlier. So, will I need to give $20,000 again?
