Do I need to appear for IELTS under CEC application for PR

I am applying for PR under CEC class , that is after one year of my job completion in one company.
My NOC code is 5242 Project manager, Interior Designer.
Is IELTS required for me, can somebody please advice?

yes u need a take IELTS test to apply under CEC class...and each job has its own IELTS requirements...
