HI everyone , i have a question . Our family moved from BC to ON at NOVEMBER 2011. At January 2013 I receiver the RQ .At that time i applied the medical history of our family from BC . And send it to cic .But now i find the medical history didn't include the date from November 2011 because we have been live at ON at that time. Now did i need send the ON's medical history for November 2011 to CIC? From Aug 2008 to Aug 2011 our family have been live at BC more thAN 1100. THANKS
