hi,

I am PR and sponsoring my son to immigrate. Right now I am in Canada while my wife (also PR) is with my son in home country. My questions are:

1. If my wife is not residing in Canada she is not qualified to be a cosigner. Then I will have to sponsor my son by myself without her cosigning. Do I need the IMM5604 from my wife?

2. My wife has a daughter with her ex husband. Daughter is with the father and he is OK with her immigrating. Can I sponsor her at the same time (she was in the family list and had medical exam when I applied for PR)? If yes, do I need IMM5604 from the father?
