I am looking to apply for Humber/Centennial in Fall 2020 (Postgraduate Certificate). I have a Bachelor's in Computer Engineering from India. Will I need ECA for applying to Canadian colleges? I will be getting my university transcripts in a week, and I was hoping to apply immediately. But is the ECA process mandatory?
