Do I need criminal record

Hi friends,

I'm preparing my PR documents through my spouse. For the criminal record part, there is an option says I have to provide it for the country I've currently lived for more than 6 month. So, I have lived in Spain as a student for 10 months, but in 2017-2018. Does it count "current" ? Also the criminal record requires on the checklist. That means I have to submit it along my application instead of providing it later, right?

Yes you need to provide a record from Spanish police
