Do I need an employment letter for unqualified job for OOPNP?

OOPNP is asking employment letters from all employers in the past 10 years. I was employed as kitchen helper in Canada for a few months and was paid cash. It is obviously not NOC 0, A, B job. Do I still need to get an employment letter from the employer?
